Our workshop has recently completed a new round of equipment upgrade with the introduction of 100 brand-new computerized all-in-one sock knitting machines. After this investment, the total number of sock machines in our factory reaches 380, marking a leap forward in our weaving capacity. The daily output of semi-finished socks can hit 100,000 pairs, laying a solid production foundation for fulfilling overseas orders of thermal socks.
The newly added knitting machines deliver stable performance and support multi-gauge production including 144N, 168N and 176N. They are capable of manufacturing semi-terry and full-terry basic thermal crew socks and boot socks, perfectly catering to bulk OEM orders for foreign trade. Featuring high automation, the machines improve fabric evenness and reduce defect rates. They also optimize production cycles and shorten lead time for samples and bulk goods, enabling us to better receive autumn and winter stocking orders from Central Asia, Europe and other overseas markets.
Driven by rising global demand for functional thermal socks, this capacity expansion is a strategic move to meet the growing overseas order volume. The cluster of 380 knitting machines enables flexible production switching between full-container bulk orders and premium orders for brand clients. We can produce both mass-market basic styles and high-density 176N premium terry socks, further strengthening our flexible manufacturing capability.
Alongside capacity expansion, we have optimized our workshop quality control system. Full-process management is implemented from raw material incoming inspection, knitting to semi-finished product testing, to guarantee stable density, weight and color fastness for every batch. With the upgraded production capacity, we will keep focusing on the B2B foreign trade market, providing reliable, cost-effective OEM custom sock services for global wholesalers and brand owners.
