Efficient Quality Management System

PDCA – Plan‑Do‑Check‑Act – ensuring consistent product quality

We adopt the efficient PDCA quality management system, which consists of four core phases: Plan, Do, Check and Act. Raw Material Inspection

We give priority to cooperating with reputable raw material suppliers and select premium yarns. After raw materials arrive at our factory, incoming inspection covers specifications, material properties, yarn appearance, color difference, color fastness and batch details. Any non-compliant yarn batches will be fully documented for return or replacement. Qualified materials are batched for warehousing and stored in divided areas, and raw material inspection records are retained.

Yarn Storage

Semi-Finished Product Inspection

In the semi-finished production stage, operators and quality inspectors supervise sock quality, checking Knitting defects including dropped stitches, yarn skipping, holes and oil stains. They inspect cuffs, heels and sock legs for distortion and dimension deviation. Patterns are closely examined for wrong colors, missing colors, color bleeding and print misalignment by referencing the first-article sealed sample. Once abnormalities are identified, thorough root-cause analysis shall be conducted, and production will not resume until corrections pass validation.

Semi-Finished Product Inspection

Toe-Sewing Inspection

During the toe seaming process, quality inspectors examine toe seam quality for precise alignment, checking for crooked toes, uneven toe sizes, thick seams, bulges, dropped stitches and loose threads, and ensuring sewing thread color fully matches the sock body. Minor defects like slight toe offset and loose threads get trimmed and reworked. When batch defects such as wrong colored thread or poor toe seam quality appear, we halt production for machine adjustment and sort all defective goods for rework.

Toe-Sewing Inspection

Finished Product Inspection

Prior to packaging, bare finished socks receive full scope inspections covering appearance, dimensions, physical properties and safety compliance. Defects are intercepted upfront to stop flawed goods going into packaging. Packaging proceeds only when the pass rate complies with standards. If batch scale defects including uneven dyeing, color difference, mismatched pairs and significant dimension deviation occur, products are blocked from packaging and all undergo rework and re-inspection.

Finished Product Check

Storage & Warehouse

Dedicated yarn and sock storage areas ensure product safety and integrity

Our factory features dedicated storage areas for yarns and finished socks. After packing, finished socks of different styles and orders are stored separately by zone. Even during peak production seasons with heavy order volumes, this management practice effectively prevents goods mix ups, as well as compression, deformation, damage and loss, to fully safeguard the integrity of clients’ goods.
